What we do
Codelith Lab Private Limited builds business software. ZupiChat is our WhatsApp Business Platform product: a multi-tenant SaaS that companies, D2C brands and marketing agencies sign up for, connect their own WhatsApp Business number to, and use to run campaigns, automations, a shared team inbox and a lightweight CRM for their customers.
Software for other businesses
ZupiChat is not an in-house tool. It is licensed software: each customer creates their own account, connects their own WhatsApp Business number, and manages their own contacts, templates and campaigns inside their own isolated workspace.
Who uses it
Small and mid-sized businesses and marketing agencies in India — across e-commerce, education, healthcare and real estate — who need to reach and support their customers on WhatsApp.
How it works
ZupiChat integrates with the WhatsApp Business Platform. Customers onboard their own WhatsApp Business Account, and ZupiChat provides the interface, automation and reporting layer on top of it.
