Your Data is Safe with ZupiChat
Meta’s official WhatsApp Cloud API, encrypted transport, daily backups and role-based access — we take data protection as seriously as you do.
How we protect your data
AES-256 Encryption
All data transmitted between your WhatsApp account and ZupiChat is encrypted with AES-256 — the same standard used by banks and government agencies. Data at rest is also fully encrypted.
Where your data lives
Your customer data — contacts, messages, campaign records — sits on our own dedicated servers in the Asia-Pacific region (Singapore), not on shared hosting. Database backups run daily. If your organisation needs data to stay inside India, talk to us before you sign up — we will tell you honestly whether we can meet that today.
Built on Meta’s Official WhatsApp Cloud API
Every message ZupiChat sends goes through Meta’s own WhatsApp Cloud API — the same infrastructure Meta provides to enterprises — never an unofficial gateway or a modified client. Your WhatsApp Business Account stays in your name, and we follow Meta’s messaging and security policies to the letter.
Role-Based Access Control
Granular permissions system — Admins, Supervisors, and Agents each have specific access levels. Agents can only see their assigned conversations. Sensitive data like billing is Admin-only.
Two-Factor Authentication
2FA is available for all user accounts using TOTP authenticator apps. We recommend enabling 2FA for all admin and supervisor accounts to prevent unauthorized access.
Zero Access to Message Content
ZupiChat staff cannot read your customer conversations. Messages are end-to-end encrypted via WhatsApp's protocol. Our team only has access to metadata for troubleshooting with your explicit permission.
Built for compliance from the ground up
